Project Information
Located in the idyllic hills of the traditional spa town of Ilkley, this beautiful old farmhouse has undergone a few transformations in order to modernise and create a beautiful, calming space to cater to our clients everyday needs.
Our brief was to transform the family bathroom and also a children’s bedroom. With the bathroom, our client wanted to achieve the sense of a luxury 5 star hotel boudoir with opulent finishes, muted tones and an all around calming presence. With the children’s bedroom we designed built-in bunk beds with integral stairs, hidden storage & wardrobes. The aim was to adopt the traditional idea of bunk beds but to re-create them in an exciting but stylish manner. We worked meticulously with our clients to ensure all their needs were met and also to provide a full interior design scheme for both rooms.
Bespoke Features
We utilised Calacatta Perla hand picked marble as a feature within the bathroom
We designed and manufactured the Bespoke ‘X’ style double vanity unit with soft closing drawers, sprayed in Farrow & Ball paint.
We constructed in-situ the full bunk bed design with integral stairs & storage, sprayed on site in Farrow & Ball Railings No. 31.
