Positioned in the heart of Halifax, dating back to the early 1800’s, this historical 145-year-old former gentlemen’s residence needed a new heart for the home. Our clients wanted to inject their passion for cooking along with their exceptional Parisian inspired style in order to create the perfect space for every day life.
Being a previous contestant on the Great British Bake Off our clients had a clear vision for exactly what they wanted. From practicality, to storage requirements, even down to the detail of the different style of Parisian handles, we worked tirelessly together to create the perfect solution. This resulted in a beautiful yet practical design inspired by the central focal point in the island, a set of 100-year-old apothecary drawers which merged perfectly with the timeless In-frame kitchen cabinetry finished in solid walnut and smooth painted beech.
